Law 25/2009, of December 22, 2009, amending various laws to adapt them to the Law on free access to service activities and the exercise thereof, which adapts state regulations of legal rank to the provisions of the aforementioned Law 17/2009, of November 23, 2009, by virtue of the mandate contained in its Fifth Final Provision.

Article 5, amending Law 2/1974, of February 13, on Professional Associations, establishes the incorporation of a new Article 10 to the same, which establishes that the professional associations will have a Web page so that, through the window, professionals can carry out all the necessary formalities for membership, practice and cancellation of membership in the Association, through a single point, electronically and remotely.
