Thanks to this initiative, the citizens of Alicante will be able to access the following services.

From the PIC, all citizens will be able to consult the protected data on real estate incorporated into the National Cadastre Database and request electronic certification of the same.
You will be able to access this service
- The cadastral owners of the assets, who appear as such in the Cadastre.
- Pay the administrative costs of membership.
- Their legal or voluntary representatives, who must prove their representation.
- The people authorized by the cadastral owners.
Interested parties may request
- Literal certifications.
- Descriptive and graphic certifications
- Negative certifications of not appearing as the cadastral owner of real estate in the Cadastre database.
The documents generated by the Cadastral Information Point will contain the date of their issuance and an electronic code that allows verification of their integrity and authenticity and will enjoy full validity and effectiveness, in accordance with the provisions of article 96 of Law 58/ 2003, of December 17, General Tax, and by article 41 of the consolidated text of the Real Estate Cadastre Law.

- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Literal or negative certification €10.00 + VAT
- Descriptive and graphic certification €12.00 + VAT
